Fairfax Highschool - Los Angeles, California

The Fairfax High School Modernization Project includes the construction of a new Gymnasium complex, five specialty classrooms and support spaces to upgrade the 99-year-old campus. In addition, ADA and infrastructure were upgraded and the exterior walls of remaining buildings painted to maintain a uniform campus appearance. The existing Shop and Gymnasium buildings will be demolished, and work sequenced so that all programs are uninterrupted throughout construction.
