Santa Ana-Delhi Channel - Newport Beach, California

The Santa Ana-Delhi Channel Project will widen the channel into the upper Newport Bay.
The project will include a new bridge over the channel, maintenance access, an extension of the existing bike, walking and riding trail that will now connect to Mesa Drive and the adjacent residential neighborhood and a public viewing are of the channel and channel mouth. From fresh water marsh to native coastal palettes, the planting will be appropriate to each delicate native environment.
