Long Beach City College - Long Beach, California

The Liberal Arts Campus underwent a multi-phased renovation, which included the main quad areas, fire access lanes, several buildings and parking lots. LCI was retained to develop a Master Plan for landscaping, irrigation, grading and site lighting in addition to construction documents for several phases of the work.
