The ATMP Roadway Improvements Project is part of LAX’s Airfield & Terminal Modernization Project (ATMP) to help reduce airport related congestion and traffic back-ups on surrounding public streets. As part of the ATMP Roadway Improvements Project, LAX is constructing 4.4 miles of replaced and reconfigured roadways to reduce congestion on Sepulveda Boulevard and create dedicated airport roadways for airport traffic queues headed to LAX’s Central Terminal Area (CTA).

Marina Park Offices
Marina Del Rey, CA
Marina Park is an existing two-building office campus re-imaged with a new outdoor plaza connecting the buildings and tenants (previously parking). The plaza provides tenants with amenities designed to create a more collective way to work and relax. Main entries to both buildings were also renovated from existing turf and overgrown plants to a more clean and contemporary landscape palette to reflect building upgrades.
Collaborating with the project architect, the new “Ribbon” plaza was designed to encourage movement between inside and outside, creating additional workspace for meeting and collaboration, as well as for relaxation. The plant materials are not only California friendly but provide a sensory experience through pops of color and striking texture. The hardscape also incorporates a diverse mix of materials - concrete, wood, steel, cobble - softened around the edges with flowing grasses and playful succulents. An array of corten steel panels provides a unique screen from adjacent parking area and an opportunity for signage.
