The California Highway Patrol determined the existing Santa Fe Springs facility to be inadequate to accommodate projected staff, related equipment, record storage, reference library, evidence rooms, lockers and other officer support needs.

                 

The new Project occupies a 5.67-acre parcel in the City of Norwalk and includes several buildings as well as site improvements including landscaping, fencing and storm water management improvements.  The Pinner / COAR Design Group, design build team was selected to accomplish the goals of The State with the design and build out of the facility.
